i'm new at this internet stuff so bear with me. i have a couple of questions about a jet boat i'm working on. it's a panther jet drive, can i fire it up dry, and how exactly the plumbing for cooling the 454 thats in it. it doesn't have a water pump on the motor so i'm thinking it's probably important to get it right. any help would be appreciated.
