Machined alloy flywheel and lightened it o lighter than the steel flex plate

Do you ever have problems with the engine stalling when you come off the gas in a hurry?. Mine does, ive had to turn the idle up(1200ish). i think its the flex plate being too light compared to a flywheel.?.

Yes, It could be a number of things and may need a dampener on the return.

More progress and a long weekend at the workshop. I am happy with the way its turned out. Note the rear fold up seats (still to be covered) that will be perfect for lake fishing and I will add rod holders at the rear as well

More happening with the boat, Fitting the seats and the road cover has been made, Next is for Gauldy to paint the top half and then we can carpet it.

I like the way the signwriting mistake is designed to attract additional interest.

Looks like the sign people will be busy on monday buying a dictionary and re doing the signs

Took the whole family up the river tonight and did some fishing with Brooke...she got right into it and was not put off not catching one, Dawn and I were casting for her and she was winding in until she gets used to casting.
The good thing is getting Holly (6) back into a boat after the other boat that blew up on me, giving her minor burns and me a heart attack!!!
They really enjoyed the trip down the river in the rear seats.....Looks like Brooke is keen to take up fishing :D
It is good to be boating with the family again
