We know we lose some power with current water jacket manifolds, (have tested on the dyno) But there has been little option.
So here is what I am trying to do, these are a screen shot of a LS one that the pattern maker has done, Still water jacketed but nicely flowed. Its not cheap but the result is awesome with equal length runners. If it goes ahead they will be nice and light and well priced due to the lower machining time/cost

We wont know for sure until they are done, but should be around the same price as the others.

unfortunately the progress on these stalled, so we have a new pattern maker on to it with the drawings being done by a real jetboater who is in to the LS motors in a big way :exciting: here are the drawings now in the hands of the pattern maker

They look way better than the other manifolds out there, one piece would be a big improvement as well. You'll probably get some interest from the guys in Canada etc., is it possible to cast your logo into them for free advertising?

We are preparing the first set now , here is a cut away showing the inside and the jacket, the view into the manifold shows the true merge collector

    Those are some awesome manifolds.

I am putting a 6.0L Vortec in my 18 footer and will be in need of some manifolds.

If these are priced close to some of the others ive seen id rather have these for looks alone.
The great flow would be a plus too.

When are they going to be available?
If it was told and i missed it, i apologize.

They are in production now as we are very happy with the first full set, We are taking orders but need to work through a back log and we can only get a few more sets from the foundry before Xmas, The price should be around the price of our old ones I will have an exact price next week

We tested the first set in one of our River Pro boats with LS1 and southern jet 8 1/4 two stage and the results are outstanding the manifolds are awesome and look cool to boot. We are only guessing about just how much power we have gained with these new manifolds but early testing is very good. With this jet and these impellers we would expect the motor to rev to 5200/5300rpm on a 2nd hand LS1, today we pulled 5500rpm on that set up with noticeable increases in punch.
We will dyno test in the new year, VERY VERY HAPPY and makes the last year or so of being told it is too hard to do well worth it

The last delima with the manifolds is what to call them :grimace: :grimace:

So we are going to run a competition, NAME THE MANIFOLD, We will run it over the Xmas new year break and if we use a name put forward the winner can choose between a new sand trap or two tins of slide...so put the thinking cap on and come up with a cool name
