yea we went up in to ellery on the way back from cascade
alot of submerged logs in the creek up to lake then had a short run down jackson but river blocked with trees

So you cant get into the Jackson from the Arawata at the moment?

you can still get up the jackson from Arawata but there are trees across the river about 2km short of the creek up to Ellery
