Hot is an understatement!! Working in the engine bay where the temp was 55deg c An 80% humidity was an eye opener thats for sure. I know it was that hot as that is what the air intake temp sensor was reading on the motor, and it was considered a cool day!!!
It is certainly a first for LS engines in that area, The reason that they sent me there was so that I could fine tune the motors in their conditions which is impossible to duplicate here and more importantly set up a remote support network that I can access to control the tuning and monitor any faults that may occur. It basically means they can plug into the port on the motors and I can make changes or check Data log files from here giving them real time backup. The aim is to have this working world wide, While it is aimed at commercial use it can also be used on private engines in more remote places. This is the power of the Factory Computer with EFI Live tuning.
Here is a couple of pics of the taxi boat we used one day...hard case as they can park these things anywhere

Its hard to describe the heat.......but damn its hot!!!, The other thing is that no one ownes a car as there are thousands of cabs and they are cheap as a 30 min cab ride is only around $20 we saw a couple of traffic jams and it was ALL cabs (they are all Toyota crowns)
