Main drive shaft nut

Can some one tell me what thread and size the grub retaining screw is on the main drive shaft nut? How tight does this nut have to be? Noticed mine was loose after weekend and further investigation found grub screw missing. :o

It should be tight, but be careful not to over do it as it is only brass. I will see if I can find out the thread of the grub screw
